Operations Coordinator
(Full Time, On-site, Helensburgh, Scotland)

Job Purpose

• To support our Sales and Finance departments with the processing of new bookings and the coordination of our golf tours with our supplier partners in the British Isles.

Key Duties

• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, such as processing client payments on tour bookings, liaising with supplier partners to confirm availability for future tours, answering and directing phone calls and providing general support to staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to understand the needs and address the goals of the Operations department and the wider company.
• File maintenance and record-keeping.
• General office errands and maintenance.
• Interface with clients based internationally.

Desirable Experience & Traits

• Experience working in office administration and following procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook in particular).
• Working knowledge of office equipment, i.e. printers, scanners.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An ability to work independently, and collaboratively as part of a team.

• 28 days holiday entitlement, inclusive of UK public holidays (i.e. 20 days holiday plus 8 days in lieu of UK public holidays).
