Omaha Beach - La Mer
Situated close to the famous landing beaches, Omaha Beach is one of the best courses in the West of France. Nine holes are close to the sea where the windy conditions prevail. The 6th green, at the edge of the cliff overlooking the harbour is a treasure. The other nine holes are set in the heart of the Norman bocage amid apple trees and dense bushes that form the course’s main hazard. Each hole is named for heroes from the Normandy landing, June 6, 1944.
