For many travelers, a Golf Cruise combines the best elements of a luxury cruise vacation and a world-class golf tour, creating a convenient and enjoyable way to experience several destinations in one seamless itinerary.

  • What format does a PerryGolf with Silversea Golf Cruise follow?

PerryGolf with Silversea Golf Cruises are designed as a fully managed golf travel experience. All golf-related arrangements and logistics are handled in advance and onsite by PerryGolf.

While each itinerary varies, the golf program typically schedules golf on approximately half of the shore days, allowing guests to enjoy a balance of golf, sightseeing, and time onboard. Beyond golf, guests may explore independently or participate in Silversea shore excursion options, depending on the itinerary and fare arrangements.

  • Where do PerryGolf with Silversea Golf Cruises operate?

The PerryGolf with Silversea Golf Cruise portfolio currently includes the British Isles, the Mediterranean, New Zealand & Australia. An expanded portfolio of celebrated cruise and golf destinations are coming soon.

  • Does my spouse or companion have to play golf?

No. Non-golfing spouses and companions are warmly welcomed on PerryGolf with Silversea Golf Cruises.

  • What is a typical Golf Cruise group size?

PerryGolf Cruises are typically planned for approximately 40 golfers and non-golfing companions.

  • What is a typical golf day during a PerryGolf with Silversea Golf Cruise?

PerryGolf manages each guest’s golf equipment from start to finish. Clubs are transported to the course in advance and are ready for guests upon arrival, either on a golf cart or with a caddie where applicable.

Transfers from the ship are scheduled to allow time to warm up before play. A light lunch is typically provided during the golf day, and refreshments are available during and after the round. Following golf, guests may relax in the clubhouse before returning to the ship.

  • Can you tell me more about the golf program?

Every aspect of the golf program is fully managed by PerryGolf staff onboard and ashore. Tee times and pairings are arranged in advance, transportation schedules are coordinated, and golf equipment logistics are handled throughout the voyage.

Where available by venue, caddies may be included; caddie gratuities are not included. Guests should refer to the individual itinerary for course-by-course cart and caddie availability. A friendly competition is typically staged at one selected course, with awards presented later during the voyage.

  • What happens to my golf clubs during the cruise?

PerryGolf manages golf equipment logistics throughout the program. On golf days, clubs are transported to the course in advance and are ready for guests upon arrival.

After play, PerryGolf coordinates the handling and return of equipment so guests do not need to manage their clubs day to day. This allows golfers to enjoy the cruise experience without the usual logistics of transporting clubs between courses.

  • What is PerryGolf’s Golf Cruise background?

PerryGolf has operated Golf Cruises since 1997 on a variety of vessels, building on the expertise developed through custom land tours dating back to 1984. In 2011, PerryGolf introduced its first Golf Cruises with Azamara Cruises, whose fleet of four boutique ships proved ideal for this style of travel.

Beginning with 2027 travel, PerryGolf is delighted to launch a new partnership with Tauck for River Golf Cruising, as well as a new partnership with Silversea, expanding our Golf Cruise portfolio with an ultra-luxury cruise brand known for intimate ships, all-suite accommodations, personalized service, fine dining, and immersive global voyages.

  • What makes Silversea well suited to a PerryGolf Cruise?

Silversea is well suited to PerryGolf Cruises because its intimate ships, all-suite accommodations, personalized service, fine dining, and destination-focused itineraries complement PerryGolf’s fully managed golf program ashore.
