The course is set in the hills overlooking Lake Como and requires precision to play over the natural terrain, the narrow fairways and the steep inclines. The greens are severe and well-maintained. The attractiveness of being among the ''open'' courses is not one of the worries of the club, which prefers discretion. The course has a wonderful backdrop of the central Alps. Be sure to visit the library considered the most precious concentration of golf publications in the world.
