Completely renovated in 2003 and situated along the shores of Lake Maggiore, Hotel Splendid welcomes its guests in a luxurious Italian garden with an enchanting view over the lake. The hotel offers everything for a relaxing and unforgettable stay. The hotel offers one of the very few beaches with fine sand of the Lake Maggiore. The beach is only for the clients of the hotel, with canoe, pedalo and small rowing boats at their disposal. The lake and the magnificent Borromeo Islands are the enchanting background of the big garden which surrounds the hotel. From there you can reach the private jetty where motorboats can pick you up, if requested, for a pleasant trip on the lake. The hotels health club offers its guests an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, fitness, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, tennis court, ping pong and bicycles. Nearby there is a riding track and golf courses, and it is also possible to practice water-skiing, sailing and wind-surfing. The hotel also has an underground garage with a capacity of 50 cars. The hotel puts 115 comfortable rooms at disposal of its guests with air conditioning, satellite TV, modem, two telephones and balcony or terrace. The bathroom has shower or bathtub and hair dryer.
