The 3 guest Suites are located on the 1st floor of the elegant, family homestead, located on 20 acres of elevated rolling pasture and native forest. The Black Sheep Farm is perfectly situated midway between Auckland and the Bay of Islands on the scenic Twin Coast Discovery on the East Coast. It is beautifully positioned between the stunning white sandy beaches of Waipu Cove and Langs Beach which are approximately 1 kilometre away. Being elevated, seaviews are enjoyed from the house with guests' suites also enjoying sea and coastal views of Bream Bay.
