PerryGolf is proud to partner with Azamara® for an exceptional 22-night, 6-round golf and sightseeing voyage of Australia, also visiting Bali, Indonesia. This cruise, with less than 700 guests onboard the outstanding Azamara Pursuit, begins in Sydney, sailing out of its iconic harbour, before cruising the south and west coasts of Australia, visiting its best known cities including Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth, plus a selection of its beautiful coastal towns, overlooking the waters of the Indian Ocean.

Our golf takes in a number of excellent venues including Moonah Links on Melbourne’s Mornington Peninsula, Adelaide’s Glenelg, the beautiful Royal Freemantle in Western Australia, plus Bali National in Indonesia. Our port calls are interspersed with perfectly relaxing days at sea, and conveniently never more than two days in a row before a new port appears.

This voyage presents the perfect way to explore the southern and western coastline of Australia, and leave the northern hemisphere’s winter behind for the sunshine and long daylight hours of a Southern Hemisphere summer.

Azamara Pursuit which serves as our perfect floating boutique hotel and clubhouse, is a small-sized luxury vessel nimble enough to access smaller ports yet large enough to provide every amenity you would expect, from a choice of fine dining and live entertainment to a well-equipped gym and full-service spa. Forty-six suites are available with English butler style service which routinely book early. Sailing schedules often include extended stays in port plus the occasional overnight which creates a truly immersive experience. Better still, these cruises are inclusive of a selection of beer, spirits, soft drinks, bottled water, specialty coffees plus wine with lunch and dinner along with gratuities for housekeeping, dining and bar staff. Azamara also proudly boasts two unique signature events on each cruise - AzAmazing Evening℠ and the White Night party – complimentary to all guests and consistently well received.

Every aspect of the golf program is fully managed by PerryGolf staff onboard and ashore. Your clubs will be ready and waiting at each venue. Tee times and pairings arranged and posted in advance. A convenient transportation schedule allows suitable time to warm up at the range, and to make the almost inevitable pro shop merchandise purchase. Carts are always included, subject to availability. A friendly competition is staged at a selected course, with prizes awarded at our farewell gathering. A snack lunch is included on-course plus an open bar operates in the clubhouse at the conclusion of the round. Our typical guest list which brings together like-minded individuals, generally numbers between 40 and 50, with new friendships invariably formed during each cruise. Many guests are golfing couples but an equal number are golfers travelling with a non-golfing spouse. Specially arranged onboard golf group social functions, to which all accompanying non-golfing spouses are most warmly welcomed, further enhances the club-like environment. The award winning Azamara Shore Excursions® program, offering a wide variety of off-ship excursions, also caters beautifully our non-golfing guests during days when our golfing excursions are underway.

The “2026 Australia & Bali Golf Cruise” is a genuinely full-featured vacation and a unique opportunity to enjoy yourself in the company of like-minded new friends!

FEBRUARY 7, SATURDAY: MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA (8:00AM / 8:00PM)

GOLF: The Moonah Links Open Course, set on the renowned Mornington Peninula, was built and prepared to host the Australian National Championship. In addition to its conducive natural contours, the site is blessed with ever-present wind of some direction and strength, and this enhances its attributes. Planning has arranged that no particular direction is especially helpful, it is always a factor.

SIGHTSEEING: Melbourne has the honor of being “the world’s most liveable city”, not to mention “Australia’s cultural capital”, a UNESCO City of Literature, the hub of the country’s film and television industry, and the unquestioned sporting capital of Australia. But don’t mistake Melbourne for a relentless over-achiever; it’s got a laid-back and easy vibe that will leave you wanting more.

The best way to experience what makes Melbourne so special is to hit the streets and explore. Your first stop should be to fuel up with a cup of ‘jo’. Coffee culture is taken very seriously here and there are all kinds of quaint cafes to be found on the charming city streets.

Next take in the restored 19th century architecture – including the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Royal Exhibition building – much of which was built following the Victorian gold rush.

Visit the seaside suburb of St. Kilda for such renowned attractions as Luna Para, Fitzroy Street, and St. Kilda Beach; the city’s most famous beach. Stroll through Melbourne’s interconnected arcades and laneways filled with vibrant street art, boutiques, restaurants and cafés, or enjoy a leisurely walk through the heart of the city center at the Royal Botanic Gardens.

Enjoy Melbourne on your own or via Azamara Shore Excursions®.

FEBRUARY 8, SUNDAY: AT SEA

Another relaxing day onboard Azamara Pursuit, enjoying its many amenities.

GOLF: Glenelg Golf Club has a rich history, but it was not until relatively recently, in the early 2000’s after a major renovation, that it began to shine on the national golf consciousness. It is now considered as one of the finest venues in South Australia, and sits in the upper echelons of Australian Golf. A prominent focus of the work included the bunkering and bringing the distinct revetted-face look to many of the Glenelg pots. This style combined with the orange hue of the sand gave the course its signature look.

SIGHTSEEING: Adelaide is South Australia’s cosmopolitan coastal capital. Its ring of parkland on the River Torrens is home to renowned museums such as the Art Gallery of South Australia, displaying expansive collections including noted Indigenous art, and the South Australian Museum, devoted to natural history. To some it is the “civilized” part of Australia. Pretty and leafy, with spacious green parklands, history buffs can download several walking tours around Victoria Square.

Important Information

Golf Handicap Limit: The golf courses we play around the world offer varying challenges. Players often require to be of a certain standard to properly and fully experience them in the company of likeminded fellow golfers. We therefore set a maximum permitted golf handicap to participate on our tours and cruises; The maximums are 28 for men and 36 for ladies.

Golf Courses: The included list may be subject to change in the event of any club accepting any conflicting national or international event, or for any other reason. Should such a situation occur, PerryGolf will endeavour to book a course of comparable standard, and all booked guests would be notified of the change and replacement venue at the earliest opportunity.

Transfers: No transfers are included to or from the ship at arrival/departure airports.
