Travel Protection Plan

Working in conjunction with World Access Service Corp. one of the leading providers of travel protection, we have created a special coverage for PerryGolf travelers, which we believe meets the needs and expectations of today's discerning international leisure traveler.

Simply, it combines traditional Travel Protection, offering insurance benefits including coverage in the event of cancellation for defined reasons, along with a Cancellation For Any Reason Waiver, which permits cancellation for any reason whatsoever by the traveler, and provides a combination of refund and future travel credit.

Travel Protection Plan is available only to Residents of the USA or Canada.

The Travel Protection Plan may be purchased at any time until final payment, however in order to have this extended to include the Cancellation For Any Reason Waiver, it must be purchased within 14 days of making the initial trip deposit payment. If it is not purchased within 14 days it will not include Cancellation For Any Reason Waiver.

NOTE: The “Cancel for Any Reason” waiver is ONLY available for travel to the British Isles (Scotland, England, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Wales). It is NOT available or offered to other PerryGolf destinations.

The Travel Protection Plan will provide coverage if your cancellation is caused by a covered reason (e.g. sickness or injury) and you will receive a benefit, such as full reimbursement of all lost monies, under the terms and conditions of the Travel Protection Plan.

If however you wish to simply cancel for any reason not otherwise covered by the plan, the Cancellation For Any Reason Waiver provides a travel certificate for future travel with PerryGolf within 18 months of the date of cancellation. You will receive a combination of a travel certificate for future travel and refund, as described on the following chart. Any travel certificates received are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and may only be redeemed by the named persons. Redeemed travel certificates may only be used for the final payment and cannot be applied to deposits or the purchase of Travel Protection on a future PerryGolf trip.

Please note, if the number of participants in a customized group is reduced, individual per person costs may increase as fixed costs are distributed over fewer people, e.g. VIP Golf Coach. The Travel Protection Plan does not provide protection for other members in your traveling group against supplements levied due to these increased costs which may be charged to other group members, as a result of individual cancellations.

The Cancellation For Any Reason Waiver does not apply to cancellations received within 14 days of your first scheduled land travel arrangement provided by PerryGolf. Remember, 14 days or less, this coverage is void.

The cost for this plan, (including “Cancellation For Any Reason” Waiver if the plan is purchased within 14 days of making initial deposit payment) is 6.5% of the total value of the land portion of the trip being covered for Customized Programs. This cost is nonrefundable and will be billed on a separate invoice after acceptance.

Travel Protection Plan is based on the stated trip value when protection is taken out. If trip value subsequently decreases, the protection is based on the lower value, but there is no refund. If trip value subsequently increases, unless agreed and stated in writing, there will be no protection provided for the increased amount.

The Cancellation For Any Reason Waiver protects the full purchase price of all components of the trip purchased from PerryGolf (land & cruise arrangements only excluding domestic & international airfare), subject to a maximum value of $20,000 per person.

The Cancellation For Any Reason Waiver is only available as part of the Travel Protection Plan offered through PerryGolf by World Access Service Corp.

The cost for this plan, (including “Cancellation For Any Reason” Waiver if the plan is purchased within 14 days of making initial deposit payment) is 7.5% of the total value of the land portion of the trip being covered for Grand Touring Programs. This cost is nonrefundable and will be billed on a separate invoice after acceptance
