The “$10,000 Tour for Two” Sweepstakes

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable federal or state laws and regulations.

1.) Eligibility: No purchase is necessary to enter or claim prize. The “$10,000 Tour for Two” (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to U.S. residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia as well as residents of Canada, 18 years of age and older, and who can who can satisfy all golf courses Requirements of Play, ie maximum handicaps. Employees of Perry Travel, Inc (dba PerryGolf) are not eligible to win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law or regulations.

2.) How to Enter: Participants who complete a quote using PerryGolf’s online trip calculator - QUICK QUOTES℠ or Price Your Own Tour℠- are automatically entered. Additional entries will be accepted by completing additional quotes to additional destinations. One entry per destination (11) is the maximum number of entries allowed. Entries must be received between 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on January 1, 2018 and 11:59:59 PM March 7, 2018 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries are valid for a single email address. Entries with duplicate email addresses or multiple entries using different email addresses for a single individual will be disqualified. The prize may not be sold and is NON-transferrable. All entries and requests become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

3.) Prize Details: The “$10,000 Tour for Two” prize is a travel credit for a Custom Tour booked directly with PerryGolf to any of our eleven destinations as presented at PerryGolf.com. It has no cash value. The trip must be completed by December 31, 2020. Booking and availability for the winners preferred trip shall be subject to usual terms and conditions for our customized programs. Any portion of the credit that is not used for land arrangements including golf, lodging and local transportation will be forfeited. Any costs for the tour that exceed the credit value will be the responsibility of the winner and paid 60 days before departure

4.) Selection of Winner: One hundred semifinalists will be randomly drawn first on or about March 5, 2018 and posted to PerryGolf – The Blog. The prize winner will be randomly drawn from the semifinalists on or about March 9, 2018. The drawing will be conducted by representatives of Sponsor. The selection of the winner will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by telephone or e-mail on or about March 9, 2018 and will be given instructions on how to claim the prize. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release (and, where permitted, publicity release) within seven (7) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

5.) Release of Liability: By participating, you release Sponsor, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you agree that these entities are in no manner responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, the entrant agrees that, by entering the Sweepstakes, (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages otherwise increased, and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

6.) Additional Rules: Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a scrip, macro or use of automated devices are void. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible if planned golf rounds are rained out, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, in whole or in part. In that event, no compensation will be paid in lieu of the prize package. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage, is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. If Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine the winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Entry constitutes consent to the use of prize winners’ name, voice, picture, video, photograph submitted as party of entry Sweepstakes, and/or likeness without compensation for promotion purposes.

7.) Handicap Certificate: Many courses require visitors to be a member of a recognized golf/country club and to hold official handicaps with some courses imposing a maximum handicap restriction. PerryGolf endorses this practice so proof of club membership and a valid handicap certificate are required of the prize winner and travel companion.

8.) Winner’s Name: For the name of the winner send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by July 22, 2018 to PerryGolf, 1013 Ashes Drive, Suite 101, Wilmington, NC 28405.

9.) Taxes: Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local or other taxes on prize, as well as all costs and expenses not specifically identified above, including, without limitation, meals, incidentals, caddie fees, gratuities, telephone calls, fuel, tolls, and other personal expenses. All arrangements are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Arrangements must be made through Sponsor or its agent. Winner is responsible for transportation to and from his or her residence to resort, including any costs associated therewith. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary on dates determined by Sponsor. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate general date requests of winner. All arrangements are subject to availability, blackout dates, other restrictions, change and travel disruptions. If any portion of the prize is canceled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof.

10.) Value: The retail value of the prize is $10,000 USD. Airfare is not included.

11.) Privacy: All entries become the sole property of Sponsor. Entrants have been deemed to have opted-in and consent to being contacted by Sponsor and Publisher by email. Such consent may be withdrawn through opt-out procedures contained in all Sponsor emails.
