Day 1/2

This evening depart the United States. You will travel over the International Date Line and arrive in New Zealand two days after your departure.

Day 3

On arrival at Auckland Airport you will be met by PerryGolf personnel who will assist you with your luggage and transfer to your transportation.

Sightseeing Suggestion – City Highlights Tour: Queen St, the Harbour Bridge, yacht marina, Mt Eden with 360 degree views, the Domain, Parnell Village, exclusive Auckland homes and the waterfront. Then out to the Waitakere Ranges and Arataki centre with spectacular views of both coasts and magnificent Maori carvings. Continue to Karekare Beach, location of the filming of 'Piano'. Return to the city via dense rainforest, gigantic tree ferns and new Zealand's famous Kauri trees.

Day 4

Play Gulf Harbour Country Club. Opened in 1997 and designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., Gulf Harbour Country Club is one of Auckland's finest courses. Situated on a peninsula with 360 degree views of the Hauraki Gulf, the course has a variety of spectacular holes, superb bunkering and several tees which make it playable for every level of golfer. It hosted the 1998 World Cup of Golf was once again in the public spotlight as it hosted the New Zealand Open in 2005 and 2006. Sightseeing Suggestion – Consider a harbour cruise and visit to a number of the "Queen City's" scenic spots.

Day 5

Today drive from Auckland over the Bombay Hills and follow the longest river in New Zealand, the Waikato, to the inland city of Hamilton, which is located in the heart of New Zealand's dairy farming and thoroughbred horse breeding area. Consider visiting a stud farm for morning tea before continuing on to Lake Taupo and checking into your hotel.

Sightseeing Suggestion – Fish aboard a luxury launch on the beautiful Lake Taupo and enjoy your freshly caught trout barbecued to perfection on board by your skipper. An unforgettable experience and dinner.

Day 6

Play Wairakei International. Rated by Golf Digest as one of the world’s top 100 courses, Wairakei International provides everything one could wish for in a golf course. The demanding par 5 14th hole is regarded as its signature hole and is aptly named ‘The Rogue.’ Wairakei International is regarded as New Zealand's best inland course.

Sightseeing Suggestion – There is plenty to see and do in this lakeside town. Consider visiting Huka Falls, Craters of the Moon and the Geothermal Power Station. More suggestions are available here.

Day 7

This morning drive through the picturesque Kaimanawa Ranges to Hawkes Bay on the East Coast. One of the few Gannet Colonies in the world is located at Cape Kidnappers, just outside of Napier. Hastings is the center of the region's orchards and vineyards.

Sightseeing Suggestion – Hawke's Bay Wine Tour – enjoy the expertise of local winemakers, visiting several 'boutique' wineries. Travel the 'Western Plains Wine Route' and then east to the Havelock North wineries. Hawke's Bay produces some of New Zealand's best white and red wines, perhaps most notably its Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Consider dining in one of the wonderful wineries you’ll visit.

Day 8

Play Cape Kidnappers. Designed by Tom Doak, this was the renowned architect’s first project outside of the USA. Cape Kidnappers is perched on fingers of land nearly 500 feet above Hawke Bay. This vertigo inducing course is creased by ravines and patrolled by gannets, and belongs more to heaven than earth. It is seaside golf at its finest – you'll hit heroic shots over the tops of tea trees, and play cautiously along the edges of deep ravines as you enjoy a view of the Bay on every hole. Enjoy your game and enjoy the setting because you may never play golf somewhere like this again.

Fly from Napier to Queenstown.You fly into the midst of the majestic Southern Alps of the South Island. A view of Mount Cook, New Zealand's highest Peak and the mighty Tasman Glacier, the largest outside of the Antarctic, may be possible during our flight to Queenstown. Play  Jacks Point. Bounded by the Remarkables mountain range and Lake Wakatipu, Jack’s Point traverses through wetland to the lake’s edge, while encountering steep bluffs, indigenous vegetation and wildlife. It is designed to work with nature, not against it. Fairways are designed with minimal excavation and careful plantings to complement the natural environment, but also to give the golfer a fighting chance!

Play Millbrook. Millbrook was designed by internationally renowned New Zealand professional golfer and former Champion of The Open – Sir Bob Charles. Set against a spectacular alpine backdrop and fashioned from the original terrain, Millbrook offers an exceptional golfing experience.

Sightseeing Suggestion – Fly from Queenstown through the majestic Southern Alps and land in the Fiordland National Park at Milford Sound. Enjoy a breathtaking luncheon aboard a launch cruise on the Sound. Be on the lookout for Mitre Peak, waterfalls, sheer cliffs, dolphins, seals and much more. Return by plane to Queenstown.

Alternatively, visit the International Antarctic Centre; enjoy a ride on the Christchurch Tram which weaves through the Central City; visit the Willowbank Wildlife Reserve; or, take a cable car ride to the summit on the Christchurch Gondola and enjoy breathtaking 360 degree views of Christchurch.
