British Open Aboard the Royal Scotsman 2005

Golfers and sightseers alike will find their search for the exceptional entirely satisfied aboard The Royal Scotsman in 2005. The magic begins with two nights at the Westin Turnberry Resort including golf on the Ailsa Course and 2004 British Open venue Royal Troon plus nongolfer visits to Culzean castle and the Burns National Heritage Park. Monday, July 11 - Depart US

Tuesday, July 12 - Arrive Glasgow Airport, transfer to The westin Turnberry Resort.

Wednesday, July 13 - Golf on the Ailsa Course of Turnberry. Non golfers visit the town of Ayr and Burns National Heritage Park.

Thursday, July 14 - Golf at Royal Troon Golf Club. Non golfers visit Culzean Castle. Late this afternoon embark the Royal Scotsman train and relax as you travel north to stable overnight at Keith.

Friday, July 15 - The Royal Scotsman continues to Tain where golfers alight for golf at Royal Dornoch Golf Club. Non golfers visit the Falls of Shin and the burgh of Dornoch. The Royal Scotsman takes the spectacular journey to Kyle of Lochalsh to stable overnight.

Saturday, July 16 - A leisurely morning journey with golfers alighting for golf at Nairn Golf Club. Non golfers visit Ballindalloch Castle and Johnston's of Elgin woollen mill. The Royal Scotsman stables overnight in Perth.
