The Ryder Cup returns to Great Britain in 2010 at the Celtic Manor Resort in southern Wales. Working in association with Ryder Cup Travel Services, we are delighted to offer the privately chartered, 226 passenger Le Diamant for local accommodation and ticket packages.
Corporate and leisure guests alike will find Le Diamant to be an ideal combination of comfort and convenience. She will be berthed in a specially designated area of Newport Docks, only 5 miles from Celtic Manor, with shuttle service provided to The Ryder Cup. The spacious, outside cabins range from 170 to 370 square feet. Ten have private balconies.  Each has a double or twin beds, private bath with tub or shower, bathrobes, minibar, flat screen satellite tv, radio with music channels, DVD player and telephone.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner onboard are inclusive. There is always a choice of menu with carefully selected ingredients prepared by an experienced staff to the highest standards. House wines are served with lunch and dinner.
Pre Ryder Cup Tours
We invite you to combine the Ryder Cup with one of our fabulous, fully hosted three night tours to one of Scotland’s world famous hotels. We offer a tour to Turnberry Hotel, site of the memorable 2009 British Open, which includes golf on the Ailsa Course, Western Gailes and Royal Troon Golf Club. Our tour to Gleneagles Hotel, site of the 2014 Ryder Cup, includes golf on the Kings Course, PGA Centenary Course (Ryder Cup 2014 venue), and the highly regarded Kingsbarns, near St.Andrews. Each tour includes all ground transportation, all golf club handling, dinner and wine on two of the evenings, air travel from Scotland to Wales to join Le Diamant, and all gratuities. A comprehensive sightseeing program also awaits for the nongolfers. We also include golf in Wales at St.Pierre on Thursday morning, allowing you to also attend the Ryder Cup Opening Cermenies.
